Kenny McGill – Our General Contractor, President and General Manager is from North Florida and has been here his entire life. He has built many planned developments in our area as well as many custom homes, shopping centers, commercial and industrial projects over the last 30+ years.

We have in-house Project Managers and Job Superintendents ensuring all phases run timely, with our long-time sub-contractors on our projects performing their skilled professions accurately to meet the job specifications, as well as within budget. Additionally, if you don’t have a plan, we have a talented draftman and architect that will bring to life your vision and ideas on paper all while remaining within your budget. All this under one roof makes for an ideal experience that is open, efficient and cost-effective.
